Honestly it is a great product. I love the dumbells, they fit nicely and comfortably in my hands. I love the fact it acts kind of like a kettle ball, but its kind of bulky. So around the world is kind of awkward at first. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I would have loved to have had heavier weights. Or an option to buy heavier add-ons. But otherwise super easy to put On the weights, they stayed on nicely, and the kettle ball* function allows for nice, moderate muscle building exercises! Read more
