Oh yeah. It's in the microwave. Pro: Larger than I thought. It covers my large plates. I have a very large microwave oven so it might not fit in a smaller machine. It has holes in it! (more later) It keeps the inside splatter free. <<<only if I remember to put it back in the oven first It comes with a "trivet". More silicone. Plates havent moved since I started using it. Con: It is difficult to lift off the plate. Well it is difficult for me. I'm a bit short and have problems getting my arm in far enough to grab the top of the lid. Don't know why I didn't think of this myself. The holes allow for air circulation. This would make it easy to rinse off fruits or vegetables. I haven't tried that yet as I have yet to move it from the sink or microwave. (yes, I do wash it) I put a hard boiled egg in the nuker and thought I only needed a 1 min reheat. It was the first time I didn't put the "lid" on. There was more egg on the walls of the microwave than left to eat. Haven't forgotten to use it since. Granted you have to use the microwave to use this. Even if its only to reheat leftovers, but especially if they have a tomato based sauce, its still a good thing to have. I'd recommend. Read more

The microwave cover and mat look sturdy and functional. They do an adequate job. However, the first time I used the mat, a little spaghetti sauce got on the mat and it stained. Additionally, the steam holes in the cover are just a little too large. The holes certainly allow steam to escape, but some bits of soup also escape simply because the holes are large, so I still had to wipe off the top and door of the microwave. Read more
