My goodness, I am so pleased with this massager. I ordered this because of the extension arm, but at the same time I doubted it would work. But it works so well! When you put the massage head on the extension at first it seems a bit too "too heavy" but that is exactly why it works. Once you tip it over your shoulder the weight of the massage head guides it down your back. It is very easy to maneuver the massage head to the area that needs work. I have some mobility issues and even so I am able to use this massager on my own back. I will say that there is buttons to press to connect and disconnect the the head from the extension and from the handheld body. They are a bit stiff to push those buttons, especially if you have weak and painful hands. But if you will just leave it extended you will not have to mess with these buttons. This thing is AWESOME!!! I’ve had a stiff/sore neck along my left shoulder for about two weeks now. I have a different style of massager that I’ve been using, plus a heating pad, plus a topical pain reliever and although the combination has helped, not until I’ve used this, have I been healed! The 4 different heads are perfect options… And I have my favorite two that have worked incredible for me! I’m not fond of the ball one or the flat disc one though… But to each their own. There’s something for everyone with this variety. I did have some difficulty detaching the head from the arm… Honestly, I felt like I was gonna end up breaking it. Not sure if anyone else experienced this, but if you do, don’t worry, just pull a little hard while pressing the button.
