Update: They quickly sent me a replacement belt and the size worked perfectly. I have used the belt several times and it is very comfortable and works well. I have used it for weighted pull ups and having the ability to adjust where the weights hang is huge. I have also lifted heavy with it and am very happy. I highly recommend this product. I received the belt a couple days ago, arrived quickly and in good shape. The belt is very sturdy with good padding and nice width. The locking buckle seems to be very secure. The double rings on the side are quite hefty making them good for lifting heavy weights, I have had 220 lbs on them so far. The only issue is the sizing runs quite large. I ordered the XL and according to the sizing chart it should have worked but I am not able to get it tight. I am contacting their customer service to see if I can get a smaller size. I will update my review once they respond. The clips and chain are heavy enough for any weight I will be putting on them. I've never used a weight or dip belt before, but I looked at the industrial strength ones in my local climbing gym and this item is far preferable: it is light weight but strong, simple to set up, don/doff, and add weights to. The steel D-rings, chain, and carabiners are sturdy with a high quality paint/power-coat that prevents damage to my painted powerblocks. I only use the outer belt since I'm just using it for pullups/dips, and it fits perfectly, but it would be pretty snug with the inner belt. I'm slim and ordered Medium so if you're really a 32, I recommend going up a size. Read more

The belt is solid and comfortable and the chain is strong enough to support at least 135 lbs (thats as much as I can dip so I imagine I won't be testing the chains limit).
