Edit: they were very quick to send a new set. I got them the next day. My honest feedback is that they do not fit on my ears well. I do have small ears, so that may be the problem. The clips continually slide off or in a position where I can’t hear the sound. The sound quality is okay. The mini set falls out fairly easily. I’d say they’re decent for the money, especially because you get two pair - but they’re not my favorite. Received an empty box. I was so excited to get these in. Purchased these earbuds in search of headphones I could comfortably wear as someone who likes to listen to audio books before bed, but also tends to sleep on their side. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. I like that it comes with two separate styles of earbuds for different experiences. I have been enjoying wearing the smaller ones to bed, while the larger pair is perfect for situations in which I want to listen to music while still being aware of the world around me. I particularly like the fit of the larger earbuds as someone who struggles to find ones that fit without being uncomfortable. My only complaints are that the smaller earbuds do not come with additional size options, but I replaced the original rubber part with a pair I had from other headphones and it worked just fine. The other issue I have faced is that the earbuds themselves have functions that can be accessed by touching the back of them, but they are so sensitive to touch that it is easy to unintentionally turn up the volume/pause audio/skip ahead etcetera. BONUS: There is no one shouting "LOW BATTERY" in your ear when the headphones need to be recharged. Read more
