As soon as I got these combs in the mail, I used them on my malti shi poo right away. They worked so well! I was able to get her tangles and knots out even in hard places like her legs and it was comfortable to hold in my hand. The stainless steel fells like great quality and the needles (not sure what to call it rn I forgot) were thin but not too thin where they feel like it would break. Like: -Very slick and easy to hold -Different spacing between the pins helps with various areas (e.g. ears vs. back) -Stainless steel! These combs will last us forever. -Combs gather most of the hair for easy clean up -Pups don't mind, especially with the rounded pins! It's like giving them a massage. :) Dislike: -Even the smallest comb doesn't get out some of the knots, unfortunately. I have to pick them out by hand or use a brush. -Every brushing requires me to go through several times to get the loose hair that the comb didn't catch during the first few times. Would I buy it again? Yes. This was recommended by our groomer who also owns a Pomeranian so we trust their opinion. It gets out most of the knots and gathers some of the loose hair from our pups. Oh my goodness, this is THE BEST comb for my long-haired cats, as well as my very short-coated dogs!! It glides through the cats hair, removing any snarls easily and painlessly. Works great on my long haired cat, it pulls out the soft undercoat that is prone to matting with little trouble. The combs feel sturdy, I can't swear by what kind of metal, but they still look as nice as the day we got them, they feel plenty sturdy. I can usually get a substantial amount of loose fur with these before she gets fed up. Not the most comfortable grip, but she doesn't cooperate long enough for that to be much of an issue. Read more
