This is a super easy to use candle lighter. It charges quickly and that charge lasts for a long time. The gooseneck bends the way you need it to with ease. Because this was a two pack I gave one of them to my good friend who has rheumatoid arthritis and she is able to enjoy her candles again. The media could not be loaded. Very happy with them. Price (under $7) is incredible for 2 lighters, and they include 2 3' USB-C cables for charging! Normally you would get maybe one 5" cable. That is a great deal. As far as function, they have a 2 step ignition for safety (slide to power, press a second button to activate). The power also turns off after about 12 seconds of inactivity, preventing accidental ignition (see video). LED lights indicate remaining charge. Does not feel like cheap plastic- the handle is very sturdy. The gooseneck can bend and hold at 180°, then return to straight with no problem. The black and chrome colors look sharp. I used them to light candles on a birthday cake as soon as I received them and they easily lit the candles. I also tested the plasma arc with other flammable items and it burned through most items with ease. Definitely going on my Christmas gift list this year. Very useful, safe, and frankly cool product. Lights Well, Works Great—Beware of the High-Pitched Sound for Kids! ​This 2-pack of electric candle lighters is highly effective right out of the gate, offering quick, flameless lighting. ​Functionality: It works great! The arc ignites immediately, and the long, flexible neck is perfect for reaching into deep jars or lighting grills safely. It lights well every time, making it a reliable tool. ​The Downside: It feels cheaply made, leading me to believe it might break in the future if handled roughly. ​Unique Observation: Be aware that our kids all hear a high loud pitch sound like it is screaming in their ears, but no adults can hear it. This seems to be a high-frequency sound from the arc. It's an interesting fact, but something to note if you have young children nearby when you use it! ​Overall, they perform their main function perfectly and the rechargeable USB feature is a huge plus.
