These are life savers! I had often thought hand warmers were useless and just unnecessary. Boy was I wrong. Sticking your hands into a warm pocket and wrapping them around these things help keep your fingers loose on cold days. When I'm out for a walk or waiting on family members they seem to even help my whole body from getting cold more quickly. They heat up in a matter of seconds and on low setting last many hours and frankly not really saying the need to go beyond the lowest setting.. at least not yet. They are small and lightweight so not only are they not taking up a lot of space in my pocket I don't really feel them moving around but they're there when I need them. My only two minor points are that sometimes it feels like it heats up too hot and then backs down so consistency is a little off and then one of the upgrades I've seen that I frankly miss out of this particular model is magnetic backing so the two can stay stuck together if I need. These have been a game changer for winter in Michigan for bussing and teaching! I bought a pair for my son who stands outside to wait for the bus and walks home after school. He said they keep him warm and they are nice and small so it’s easy to just put in his pocket and go to school, on the bus or wherever! these are much smaller than you think. they do work pretty well. it says 10 hours on lowest setting, which would be crazy if true. either way, nobody needs to use it for 10 hours. there is one drawback, that the lowest setting is just too hot too be flush against the skin. that's disappointing because the battery life could be extended even further. as of right now, i am using it in my stocks because my feet hurt from the cold. i need a layer between it and my skin or it's kinda painful. i can't imagine anyone needed to go even higher.
