I had originally ordered a set of 2.. Gave 1 to my wife and kept the other.. She was really happy with hers, and so was I. Mine did however have a slight issue where the butane was somehow evaporating without use, but the seller replaced it immediately, and happily! Now my wife and I are BOTH perfectly 😃. The look and feel of these lighters is compact, sleek, and modern. Well built, and feels good in the hand. I carry mine in the 5th pocket of my jeans. The flame is powerful and precise, and can easily be adjusted to your pressure preference via the included tool. Oh and the permanent case they come in is a nice bonus for sure. High quality metal mini lighter. It’s smaller than I thought, which is a good thing. SUPER COMPACT, with a cool metal feeling design. Easy to refuel and the flames are great! Y'all... It's a butane lighter. We've all used them. I've had hundreds (maybe) and they all have a common feature in that they wear out eventually. This butane lighter set works well and as advertised. It has a dual flame feature that's new to me. But again, it is a refillable butane lighter. Ultimately they will wear out. I saw a warranty card that's something I've never seen before. They are guaranteed for 12 months. That's plenty of time for me to lose both of them. 😛 The lighters worked well out of the box, (btw, VERY nice box they came in). Hopefully they'll last. Keepin' it real? It is too much for a cigarette lighter. Not too much money, but, it's too much flame. Turned all the way down and it'll still scorch your smoke if not careful. Read more
I don't know if there are enough negative things I can say about these lighters. First of all, they just don't work. You can put the best butane in, and they will not light. If it does light, it's a very small flame and it lasts for about maybe a second or less. When i tried to change flame size (on the 1 side that actually lit) the bottom knob has to be twisted all of the way out (with a tool) then change size and screw it back in. Ridiculous! Of course you can only put a very small amount of fuel in it because they are so small, which I liked at first. I bought them because they were small, but I expected them to work. Or at least one of them! Oh, and one more thing, the lids don't open far enough so it would probably cover some of the torch anyway. Read more
Lighters look good. Nice display box too, comes with tool. Red one works very well. Nice flame, adjusts well in flame height. Blue one lights when it feels like it. Flame is slightly less then red one. It must be defective not sure. All and all good purchase. Gave 3 stars due to not functioning corectly blue lighter. Update: Contacted seller they sent replacement, will post again outcome. Changing stars to 5 in the mean time. As they are working out the issue. Update 2: got new ones. Got black & red no biggie but blue and red was order, so I tried to see why lighter did not work. I took a pipe cleaner and some alcohol and cleaned output. I then played with adjust ment ( note clock wise [tighten] closes or retards flame, counter clockwise increases flame. So finally after hour or so I got it to stay lit. Really big flame, be carefull you can turn up flame too much for safety. After a few trys I slowly and waited as I turned it down, refilling each time too. And alot of trial and error. I finally got it stable and to a good flame. As a result I'd say output must get clogged and adjustment must be touchy or stuck as the lighter is working pretty well now. I had issues with other ones sence I've adjusted and refilled and cleaned one of the new other ones. They work now. Seams they need cleaned and adjustments as they are used. The red lighter consistently fights to take fuel. It does eventually fill but with some loss of fuel in the process. The black lighter takes fuel perfectly. The lighters are easy to adjust but neither lighter works below 50 degrees without first warming it in your hand for a minute. Before warming them up they will just ignite but immediately stall for lack of a better term. Price point wasn't bad and the lighters do have a nice look and feel to them. They have that perfect weight about them to fell solid in your hand. All and all they aren't bad lighters but they are a bit finicky for better than 3 honest stars. Read more
I had a lot of problems with these for the first few days but before I returned them I used them a few more times and they somehow started working though fidgety with temperature, had to adjust if hot or cold day. For a while they were stellar, working well, less need to adjust. Really useful when working and the slick metal case is durable (paint might come off but is tough) and size is good for pocket. Just when I was happy about them the piezo stopped working in one then the other, no ignition. Will light off another lighter (and make sure flame size is correct) but no spark. I tried cleaning with compressed air and electronics cleaner but no effect. Like I said, size and shape are great. Snap lid to keep things clean. I really wish they were more reliable. Read more
Love this lighter it’s perfect for my lifestyle. I live full time in my rv so I need a good dependable lighter. It fits perfect in my pocket. I love the torch as I light my campfires,grills and propane stoves. It’s got a great viewing window so I am never out of fluid.
