The Elviros Travel two small zippered tool pouches appear to be made of durable materials. The stated sizes of the Large (12x7x4") and Small (10x6x3") are reasonably accurate. The large pouch has an exterior flat zippered compartment; both have an exterior fabric loop on one end for carrying. Inside, there are elastic strips on the sides, to secure tools (or whatever). The set comes with a shoulder strap that can be attached. Each has a little carabiner on the outside, and a little place to write in the identity of the contents. I was intending to use these for shorter hand tools, but the elastic is too long to effectively secure such items. So I used the Large bag for an electric jig saw and blades, and the Small bag for a little Dremel-type rotary tool and its various tool fittings. There are many purposes these bags might fulfill, so I am not very disappointed. But I found the descriptive photo showing small hand tools stowed in the bag to be a bit mis-leading. I was pleasantly surprised when I received these two pouches and saw that they’re well made and include some nice features. That’s not to say they couldn’t be even better—but at that point, they likely wouldn’t be at this price. First of all, the dimensions provided by the manufacturer are just about spot on, so you can accurately determine whether they’ll work for your tools or other items. For example, the larger pouch is about 7” tall, so don’t expect to store screwdrivers or pliers that are longer than that (see photo). Longer tools could be laid flat along the bottom of the pouch, which measures 12” on the larger pouch and 10” on the smaller one. The zippers operate smoothly, and each has a small cord with an ergonomic rubber finger pull for easy opening. The exterior Oxford fabric feels like standard durable bag material, and everything is lined on the inside with a nylon-type fabric that’s advertised as waterproof—though I didn’t test that claim. There’s also some padding (possibly foam) between the outer and inner fabrics on the two sides and bottom of the larger main compartment, but not on the top or ends. The smaller front pocket doesn’t have exterior padding, aside from the shared padding between it and the larger compartment. All the interior seams are covered with an additional strip of material, so there are no exposed edges. Each pouch has two D-rings that appear to be metal (they responded to a magnet), but the included carabiners were not magnetic, so they’re likely plastic or a non-ferrous alloy. My Makita drill fit inside the larger pouch along with a few hand tools. The pouch is also good for leather working tools. As a woodworker, DIYer, and leatherworker, I’m constantly using various bags for organizing tools and supplies, and these will definitely fill a need for smaller storage options. They would also work well for travel. I’ve lived in three foreign countries and visited around 30 in total, and these pouches would have been useful on many of those trips as well. Read more

This Elviros travel 2 pack small tool bags are pretty awesome. They are very versatile because I'm using one for tools and one for make up. lol They're super nice looking, durable and the zippers work really well. They come with a strap which is nice if you need to hang it somewhere but I've left them detached. They hold a great amount of items. The material is very strong canvas, which I really like. I wanted to like these small tool bags as they are both decent sized and good colors. However, the stitching is already coming apart and the fabric is thin. While these bags are sizable, it won’t hold up with frequent use with medium duty tools. This would be more suited for light duty tools, such as small electric tools. Pockets are great though. The larger bag has straps and pockets inside to hold tools, and another zipper on the side for additional organization. It also has a D ring on each far side, for the shoulder strap to hang without tipping the bag over. The smaller bag fits neatly into the larger bag for easy storage when not in use, and there is a reflective strip on the front of each bag for identification. The reflective strip could be a little bigger, but overall these bags are great quality and the bags are sturdy and ready to be put to work! Read more
