Whimsical. I have mine set to steady illumination, (not blink or twinkle). I don't know how long they were on last night but they came on at dusk and were still on around 10:30pm. I like them. Rather poor on the instructions, nothing about the 8 modes. Straight forward, pretty easy to figure out, one button on the solar panel on/off the other button changes modes. Great price. Read more
Didn't exactly get what I ordered...
I've been buying these "fire works" solar lites and I just love them. I always get the 120 lite packages as the price is the best... More lites, more money. But these 200 lite packages went on sale. I purchased 2 boxes. Wow, they are so much bigger and brighter, I loved them even more! So I ordered 6 more packages. They are a very inexpensive way to light up your yard and really fun, but they don't last forever, so I like to have extras on hand.. The solar panels do go out, the wind gets the wires all twisted and gnarly, not as pretty, and once the wires are all kinked it's impossible to straighten out again. So today, 30 days after purchasing I wanted to replace a few lights that went out. First thing I noticed was there was no 8 lighting modes, like the first two boxes I got, just OFF/ON/FLASH... that is just like the 120 lite model. Well, long story short, they sent me the wrong item. I bought the 200 lite version, but got the 120 lite ones... Well too late to do anything about it. They went on sale again and purchased a bunch more as I really do love the bigger version. Here's some photos of the magic they added to my front garden and private back yard area. It's a work in progress, but I hope it helps you to see what you could do with them and inspires you to create more magic in your life... I love these I have quite a few. just beware they don't come stretched out like that you have to stretch each individual strand out to make it look like a firework.
