In my opinion, the product for price correlation is on target here. One of my children is using this now and does incredibly well with it. We tried a different opti9n with a single step before this one and this is the clear choice. The overall height and the height of each step is perfect for a 2'8" child and up. I didn't test the weight capacity entirely but there is no bow or sign of fatigue after 35lbs useage multiple times a day for about a month. It stays in place much better than I expected on a variety of floor surfaces. Also, the surface of the steps seems to be great and doesn't encourage slipping. If there is anything that can be slipped on, one of my children will find a way to make it happen and it hasn't happened yet. I was looking for a step ladder for my son because he's getting a little older and is becoming more independent. Ultimately, I landed on this one because it had 2 steps. And now that we've had it for a little while, I can say I love this! The height is perfect. You can take apart the 2 steps so you'll have only one step later (about the height of a squatty potty, so you can use it yourself). The build quality is also very similar to that of our actual squatty potty, and it has cute grippy silicone mats at the top. It's also very portable (my son often brings them with him around the house to help him reach other things). And the additional 2 faucet extenders and 2 rubber duckies were an amazing and super thoughtful addition. My son just turned 2, so even on the steps, he can't reach the faucet. But with the extender, he can at least reach the water (after we turn it on). I do a lot of comparison shopping before my purchases, and I really could not get over paying ~$50 for some step ladders for toddlers/kids. This was way more reasonable in price, and it has exceeded my expectations. Read more

This is great for the potty but not so great for the bathroom basin or kitchen sink. I bought these so the children which I keep daily could reach to wash their hands & brush their teeth. My 2 grandchildren are just turning 1 & 2 & both are average to tall for their ages. They can just barely reach the bathroom sink & can’t reach the kitchen sink without my lifting them. It would be nice if these steps were just 2” taller. Read more

Readonable price for two pieces. Good grip. Hold my adult wt for occasional use to reach up shelves. IMO, Not suitable for toddlers under 3 feet height. My toddler could not reach the sink until over 3 ft tall while using it. May work if your bathroom sink is lower though. Read more
