I initially bought a 15-inch pad for my dad but he objected to its large size. I thought larger size is better and that turns out to be the big issue. He needs a smaller pad so it can be easily carried around to visit people. After trying a thinner model, we settle on this 8.5-inch pad. It writes well, the screen is fine, the lock feature works (wish it was on the front side not the back though), over all a good writing table for the price. So many of the other products I saw were multiple colors so I chose this one as all the writing was just the greenish blue. They sent mine with batteries which I really appreciate as it is a watch style battery which I don't always have on hand. I do wish it came with a string or something to tie the stylus to the board. Got this so I could write quick notes at work when on a call (I work on a helpdesk). I wanted to save paper/sticky notes for things I only needed to remember for a moment. Read more

These are fun to use with the kiddos or to leave notes on the kitchen table. I would give this five stars, except the print is a little dim, and one cracked already near the stylus holder, and it could use something to attach the stylus to the pad. However, we really use them a lot! Read more
