Good first impression so far.
I’ve only unboxed these and tested them briefly so far, but they seem solid and they have safety lock. The electric arc works right away. The black has to be get filled before using. They feel sturdy in hand and easy to use, and I like having both options in one set. I’ll need more time to see how they hold up long term, but based on first use, they seem like a useful pair to have around. Read more

Overall ok.
So good things. It is waterproof/ resistant with a dual lock clip and button. The strong does lock in fairly easily. It is lightweight. It is ease to use.. the button to ignite works great. The arc also was ok. My main issue is the lighting with flame. Is it doesn’t go up so difficult to light anything At end of day would work camping maybe. But at least lighter with flame it be tough call. As I had trouble lighting cigarette for someone with it. (Note I don’t smoke Val etc.) Read more

We are putting together a go bag in case of emergency and needed a lighter that would work in storm situation. After doing some research and reading reviews - we decided to give these a try. We love them - they both work great. We have not used them in a storm yet, but with the weather changing here we have no doubt that they will do the job!
