This 2 pack of compression wrist bands are well made of a breathable, mesh fabric with hook and loop fastening. There is a bit of stretch in the fabric that helps with the comfort. I found them easy to put on and adjust for comfort level without needing assistance. That's a must for me as it's just me and my dachshund in my home. Since late last year I've gotten what I thought was arthritis in my left wrist/thumb, though I've recently found it might be another issue. I wanted something to help support my wrist for the days when it's really touchy but still allow me to go about my daily doings. This does that nicely and allows me to have some range of motion, while not over-extending it to bring on a bigger ouch. For now, it helps to just have a bit of extra support when I need it. I like that they are for either left or right wrists. The size is good for me. I'm a woman with medium sized wrists. I think these wrist bands probably would help even more for preventative measures when lifting weights or doing repetitive motions. I'm satisfied with the quality of the wrist bands and will recommend them. They are okay for mild to medium support, but for stronger support, I think something more sturdy is needed.
