These got delivered yesterday and I sent them up and put them out by my Goat run. Caught two with a very first night! I had arboreal (tree) rats that were getting into my goats nighttime pen, partly probably to eat their feed but I think mostly just for a shelter, didn’t want actually kill them though. I tried the recommended bucket trap and caught one months ago, and never another. I have two Akita’s that have been hunting these guys for months but because they are mostly in the trees, powerlines and walls it’s pretty hard for the dogs to catch them. I set these traps last night and used slices of orange as bait because these rats get up into citrus trees and hollow out oranges and I literally caught two the very first night they were out, highly recommend these are great. Neither rat was injured, and we released them out into the desert. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I was worried the trap might be too small for something like a squirrel, but it worked great. This guy was up in my attic. The traps were delivered overnight and I set them up in the stock early morning, by 9am this guy (or gal) was on their way to live their best squirrel life somewhere other than my attic. Way to set up. String. Light weight. WORKS! Only recommendation for the manufacturer is to add a handle so your fingers aren’t so close to the animal when you’re carrying them. Read more

I had a squirrel get into my house, running around is the walls. So I got these and a bigger size different brand. Long story short. These caught 13 mice in 7 days. Never caught the squirrel but he seams to have disappeared. They worked so well I bought another set for my parents in their chicken coop. They caught 12 mice withing just a few days. For people saying they are not well built, they are and will work great. For something bigger like squirrels yes they cab break some parts. They are smart little animals but if it goes in and breaks it you have another, and your animal will be stuck in the cage. For the price it's worth trying. Read more
