This 2‑piece all‑metal bathroom sink stopper set is a surprisingly solid upgrade for anyone dealing with slow drains, missing stoppers, or constant hair clogs. The universal fit (1.1"–2.36") makes installation straightforward—no tools, no plumber, just push it in and you’re done. The metal construction feels durable compared to the flimsy plastic stoppers that come standard with many sinks. The standout feature is the removable stainless steel hair catcher. It actually works: it traps hair before it goes down the drain, but it’s easy to pull out and clean. If you’ve ever had to deal with a clogged bathroom sink, this alone makes the product worth it. The black finish looks sleek and modern, and it blends well with most faucet styles. Because you get two pieces Read more

It fits my sink. So far, it works fine and catches most debris, though very small particles can still pass through. You’ll need to empty the collected debris regularly to keep the water flowing smoothly; otherwise, the sink may temporarily clog Read more

We bought the 2-pack because we had the same issue (scratched/rusted rings) in two different sinks. This product worked very well in one, but not very well in the other. Here's the difference: the first sink, a large pedestal sink, has a fairly flat-bottomed basin, and so in normal use the water is shallow and spread out over a large area. The second sink, a smaller, round Kohler sink, has a curved bottom and during use water levels get higher. The product definitely restricts drainage due not only due to the internal screen, but also--perhaps more importantly--because the pop-up plug leaves little flow-through area. In the first sink, the back-up results in barely noticeable increase in water depth (due to its large, flat bottom having a large volume). But in the second sink, the back-up causes water to quickly fill up the small sink, which then drains noticeably slowly. Overall: PROS: +easy installation (as long as you can get the existing plug out; try that before buying this!) - goes right over top your existing +easy&cheap way to cover an unsightly scratched/rusted sink drain ring / plug. +works very well IF your sink is large and has a flat bottom. +once installed, the strainer basket makes it easier to remove debris (like hair) without snaking the sink, and also ensures that valuables (like jewelry) won't accidentally end up lost. CONS: -you still need to remove whatever stopper is currently in your sink - this might be a problem for limited DIY people with the older push/pull knobs on the fixture that control the stopper. -does restrict drainage, causing the sink to drain slowly. -in smaller sinks, slower drainage will cause your sink to "back up," which in turn causes it to get dirty more quickly. CONCLUSION: If you can remove your existing plug, this can be an easy & cheap fix for larger sinks, but you won't be happy with the drain speed if you have a smaller sink, in that case look for a product providing better drain speed. If you cannot easily remove your existing plug, you're better off having the plumber install a permanent-type stopper, as those have higher drain speed and won't back up your sink. Read more

Super simple to install. It already had the correct size seal on it so I just dropped it in the sink. All done. I like the pretty blue color. Improves the look of the sink. I am glad I have an extra just in case I need it for my other sink. Read more

This was a great replacement for my bathroom. The handle was not working - it was not pulling up the stop, and I did not want to have to figure out a solution or hire a handyman. I bought this, pulled out the old drain stop, and it has worked perfectly. My sink is a deep bowl, so sometimes water gets stuck in the ridges of this stopper, but it's easy to pull out and dump the water off - and I don't notice that issue too much. Read more

This sink stopper is great. My old original stopper was useless so I looked for a solution and tried this due to the good reviews. This device catches hair like and keeps the water in the basin like it's supposed to. I did have to use one of the gaskets that came in the box to get a better seal. I have 5 sinks in the house so I ended up ordering more for all of them. Not sure what happened with the folks who had bad reviews for this but I have not complaints. Read more
