I was skeptical at first. After being on this for a few weeks, the dark hairs that I have are now turning thinner and smaller. Some of the hairs have turned to peach fuzz. At first, I thought it wasn’t helping at all. Then all the sudden I noticed my hairs weren’t growing as thick. I couldn’t take metformin or spiral acting because it caused my heart rate to drop so low. As a woman with PCOS I was very discouraged. Lasering only made the hair grow back thicker. I waited awhile to post this review, as I wanted to see how it would work. As is usual for this type of skin-care product, it will likely take a few more weeks to see results. But I wanted to give my thoughts on what I've found so far. I am a few years into menopause and I one of the things that bothers me the most is hair growth in the last couple of years. The hair on my head is thinning and the hair on my face, which used to just a bit of "peach fuzz" is now nearly as scratchy as my husband's beard. I started taking supplments for hair growth and it seemed to make the facial hair growth even worse. I have to shave or pluck every day and it is annoying! To make matters worse, my skin is very sensitve and I tend to break out with many oils and serums as I also have oily skin. So while I was hopeful this might work on slowing hair growth, I wasn't terribly hopeful of good results. First of all, I was impressed with the heaviness of the bottle---it didn't come across as cheap. The dropper works well and it is sturdy--I don't worry it will break easily. I am not a big fan of the scent, but it isn't bad. It smells "herbal"-ish, with a "green" or plant-type scent. I just use it at night before bed so that it isn't noticeable. It is slightly sticky, but no worse than other facial oils I've tried. I put a couple of drops in my hand and then gently rub over my face after it has warmed up a bit, mostly covering the chin area. The first night I was happy to find that I had no itechiness or irritation, and in fact my skin felt softer than usual in the morning, so the next night I put it on more of my face. I can't really report on lessened hair growth yet, but that is to be expected. I can report that I like the way my skin feels! I have used other serums and oils in the past that were signifcantly more expensive than the Rotudus Oil. If I can have the same results with this less-expensive oil while also reducing my chin hair growth, I will be overjoyed. So far so good--I will update this review in 4-6 weeks. Read more
