The paper itself seems to be light-med weight. The one thing I would definitely change is the cardboard backing. It's too flimsy & bendable to use as a sturdy, solid backing to write on the paper (I have to use a clipboard underneath). It needs to be thicker & stronger. Thus my reason for deducting one star.
