Decent set especially for the low price
They work but could be improved The main and most important part of these, the clamps themselves are Abbbbsolutely rock solid, they're plastic but honestly if they were aluminum, or even steel you wouldn't tell the difference they're that strong... zero flex... These clamp onto the top of your doorframe and they wont move one iota even if you swing on em'... What I DON'T like though is the strap handles.. the straps themselves are very thick and sufficient but the plastic tubes they used for handles are holding these clamps back from being an absolutely great value/buy... The material of the tubing on the straps (the handles) is simply too thin for confidence, I'm sure its fine but it leaves you with an uneasy sense of this is gonna break one day and pinch the heck out of my hand. Overall though for the money its a good set, this set is rated at 350lbs but I would personally say stay under 250lb to be totally fine without needing to go upgrading the handles Read more
Great design and very sturdy! 💪
We had been using the pull up bar that goes across the doorway on the door jamb, but it dented the door casing and I had to pull it off to repair the wood and repaint. These however, are a different story! This design is perfect: these hang from the top of the door casing and do not, in any way, mar the wood or the wall. 👏💕 They are made of thick plastic and strong webbing and are VERY STURDY. I'm so pleased with them! At $40, they do seem a bit pricey, but they are less expensive than the others I see for sale and these totally work. They're great for doing pull-ups at home (or even away on a trip since they're totally packable!) while not doing any damage to your door casing.
