The resistance isn’t adjustable and can slide out of place; the leg section is narrow and uncomfortable, especially when fully extended. Be careful when opening it—the tension is uncontrollable once the binding is cut. The straps for attaching it to / around your legs are too short to use. I am a short 5'1" and while a little heavy, I am NOT fat and they don't fit around my legs. This compact fitness set is a creative and useful solution for low-impact home workouts. I primarily got it for thigh and pelvic floor engagement, but was pleasantly surprised that it also targets the arms and glutes. The breathing dumbbell is a unique bonus....I hadn’t used one before but it definitely adds a layer of core activation and breath awareness. The adjustability of the main trainer helps vary the resistance a bit, and I appreciate how lightweight it is for travel or office use. That said, the breathing dumbbell is somewhat niche. While it serves a purpose, it may not feel intuitive to all users without watching videos or doing research. Also, the thigh trainer’s spring tension is moderate at best....I would have appreciated a firmer setting, especially after a few uses when your muscles adapt. What I Like: Portable and ergonomic for small spaces Targets thighs, arms, glutes, and pelvic floor Comfortable grip and good material quality Breathing dumbbell adds value and novelty Easy to use without setup or equipment Concerns: Tension could be stronger for advanced users Breathing dumbbell may feel gimmicky or confusing at first Lacks instructional guidance for optimal form Overall, it’s a smart, versatile tool...especially for beginners or those seeking gentle yet targeted toning. Just know it’s more for light resistance and maintenance than intensive strength training. Read more
