Bought this to use in order to get into my extremely high king-size bed after being hospitalized and going to rehab for 3 weeks after an extensive back surgery and not able to bend lift or twist for 3 months. It was a life saver!! Great quality and easy to assemble. Now I'm using it in the kitchen for out of reach things in my cabinets which are very high up. And use in the rest of the house as well for all those out of reach places., price was right and it was delivered to my home along with many other things while I was hospitalized so it would be ready when I got home! my husband assembled this for me, he said it was "easy peazy"... in roughly the same amount of time it took me to take a load of laundry out of the dryer (towels), empty the washing machine, hang up a few pieces to air dry, and get the rest going in the dryer (mine), and then start a new load of laundry (his). so i didn't time it, but i know he finished it for me way faster than i would have. it is heavier than another, similar step stool we have (that's just a one step) but it seems just as sturdy. i so appreciate the hand rail because since i fell and b0rked my knee years ago i'm so afraid of stepping up, or down, without something to hold on to. and the extra height means i can reach the stuff up on the top shelves! This two step stool is very well made. It is sturdy and doesn't wobble. The steps are wide so they are easy to step onto. The handle is adjustable and padded so it is comfortable to hold. It took me about 45 minutes to put this two step stool together by myself. The instructions are alright. They aren't wonderful but they aren't terrible, either. I could follow them with minimal difficulty. I am very happy with this two step stool. I like how sturdy it is and how wide the steps are.
