This is very nice looking in person. It seems like a great solution to keep the laptop out of my daughter's backpack. This suitcase appears to be well made and durable. It rolls and spins easily, and the handle extends and retracts well. The only downside in this design is that the laptop pocket definitely reduces interior packing space. It is a trade off worth making for our uses, but good to keep in mind. The cosmetic case is nice, well made, and cute...but not practical for airline travel since it's not what you'd want for your "personal, under the seat" item. Great for road trips though. Read more

They arrived on time and in good condition. They seem to be as durable as they say. However, the trip I bought them for got cancelled so I'm not able to test them in real life yet. However, they are well made, very light weight, and the rollers don't jam when you test them. Love the pink color, too. It makes them easy to spot in the overhead bins. Wonderful luggage! So well organized inside both pieces. Far more room than expected. Maiden voyage was a 10 day EU trip and had room to spare. Rolls effortlessly, one handed. Handy, comfortable shoulder strap on the smaller piece, as needed, but also fits snuggly on the handle of the larger bag. Many compliments, too. Seems very small. The actual top to bottom without wheels and handle measures about 17 inches. But the quality seems good, hardshell. The normal outside zipper pockets are inside on this model, making it a safer place to tuck things into. I don't use the outside pockets on my other luggage much, due to security concerns. There is also a BUILT-IN usb-A type wire, which seems to attach to your battery pack, then you plug your device, by usb-A also, into the slot outside the bag near the locking mechanism. It has a cover over it. The connection seems chintzy, tho, and remains to be seen how long it will last. It also has a cooler pocket, but any food put there is likely to be smashed upon closing. Just got back from a trip to Mexico and LOVED my new carry-on! I didn’t think I’d use the “cosmetic case”, but I found that my cpap would just fit. This was much smaller than my regular cpap bag and it didn’t advertise to everyone that I had sleep apnea. The little case is help firmly in place on the extended handle of the carry-on with an elastic strap. The whole thing rolls so easily! I love that I can easily access my iPad, etc without having to open the whole suitcase and my electronics were well protected by the hard shell and padded sleeves. The carry-on holds a good amount if you pack thoughtfully. I really like that you can separate items with the elastic straps on one side and the zippered enclosure on the other. Really love the color, the material and how lightweight the luggage is. It appears to be durable but I'll update after a trip. I would love to give 5 stars, but I have a few flaws to point out. The handle feels really cheap compared to my other luggage. The handle compartment isn't glued down properly (see pic). The charger is only on one piece of the luggage which is the carry-on luggage. If I'm going on the trip that requires the checked luggage, I wouldn't be able to use. I feel it should be on all the luggage so you don't only have to bring that piece unless needed. The charger piece really sold me so I'm disappointed by that. I'm going to give it a chance before my final review. I did have to return the first order due to the handle being too loose. The second order was a tad bit better but not fully corrected. Message to Travel Arm, the handle need to be crafted better and more sturdy, the charger should be available on all pieces. Sometimes you may only need a checked bag and you can't use the charger as its not an option on the luggage. The airlines throw these luggages like rag dolls, you must make sure its durable for high intensity impact. Update: 12/29/2025 I've now traveled 3 times with this luggage and I wouldn't suggest using this if traveling by plane. The item is defective and I'm now in search for a better quality. The orange is coming off from usage and I haven't had it a year. This luggage looks like I've used it for years. Where the handle is, you can see it coming apart. I returned the first one due to the same thing. They replaced with no problem but now its doing the same thing. This quality isn't as good as I thought. This would be good for road trips only. 2/11/2026, update. The small luggage came apart. I would say not to purchase. The paint is coming off as well. Read more
