Doubt they will survive heavy rain
The lights are bright and have lots of color options which is nice. Like other reviews say, they don't stay on for that long even when left outside in full sun all day. I suspect the solar panel is too small or of poor quality and does not provide enough power. I took one apart and put the battery in a lithium ion battery charger. With a fully charged battery it does stay on much longer, but obviously having to take the batteries out every day to charge them is not sustainable. While taking them apart I noticed there is no weather seal between the two halfs of the light. Because of that I suspect water may be able to get in there, so I don't think they will last long in the rain. Read more

Cool but last only a few weeks
Cool lights but I bought about 40 and within 2 weeks 3 of them are already out. Some completely don’t work and some only the white light portion is out and rest of colors work so my guess is the other colors will go once used. I love these lights and how they look but the only issue that I have with them and this is my second set, is that they hold water from the rain and then mechanism, rust out and causes tge light yo not work anymore. Read more
