Do not waste your money on this product. While they are pretty to look at, they do not work. I have tried three out of the package of 200. The adhesive does not hold. They have come loose within 30 seconds of putting them on. Read more

I snore, terribly. This just becomes worse when I have any nasal congestion or dryness. These nasal strips do a good job to keep the nose open. I feel like I have improved sleep. They stick well as long as I don't apply facial products before hand. I forget that sometimes but since there are 200 of these included it doesn't matter if I need to switch if I forget. They stick well and do not hurt to remove. I am happy with my choice and I am snoring less. Read more
Received 200 strips. After waging & drying nose thoroughly, nasal strips will only stay on nose for about 1 hour, then detach. Defeats my purpose for a good nights sleep. Read more
