This is what every vehicle should have in their trunk. And every garage should have as well. It is useful in both areas. I guarantee you will use it at some point. And if nothing else it brings peace of mind. In the box you get Car jump starter with air compressor1, AC charger1, DC charger1, Air Nozzle 3, and user manual. This is my way of being more independent. As a woman, even though I have four brothers and was taught by my father how to take care of myself and my vehicles and what to do in any kind of emergencies there are still things that if I were a man, it probably wouldn't be too much of a problem. But because I am a woman, I lack the strength of a man and therefore limited in some of the things I can do. And there are things that men automatically are good about when it comes to their cars. I think it is the simple fact that a lot of men love their "toys", devices, tools, etc. lol I found myself all last year having to find a gas station nearly every time I was out of town because my instrument panel was telling me that one of my back tires needed airing up. So, not just any gas station but one with an air pump. And this turned out to be a lot harder than it sounds. It turned out my tire did indeed need air because of a tiny hole that went unnoticed for the most part. And the worst thing was once I found an air pump at a gas station their gauge was broken so I had no idea to know how much air I was putting in or how much air my tire needed. I didn't think to check if my tire gauge was still in my glovebox or not and of course it wasn't. So, it is a guessing game. These are the kinds of things something like this charger box would eliminate completely. And a every driver is going to deal with these kinds of things at some point. Even if you have AAA, it is so much easier to do it yourself with something like this in less than 15 minutes than weight for AAA to show up whenever they had someone available which in my case was always over an hour and a half. This is why I am so excited to have this now. For this reason and many more is why I wanted this 6 in 1 jump start and air compressor. The two things I have needed over and over again as a driver were jumper cables and an air compressor. Well, here it is! I love it. It isn't so heavy that I can't carry it myself. I can take it in and out of my trunk without a problem. It might be too heavy if you are elderly or have any problems with the strength in your arms, however. I am a 49-year-old woman and although it is a bit heavy, I can do it without straining myself. Super easy to use once you know how to use everything. It comes with a manual of course. If you already know how to jump start a car and use an air compressor then you pretty much already know how to use it. It is much more than just a car starter and an air compressor though. Oh, and it doesn't have to be a tire you put air into of course. It can be most things because it comes with different valves to put on the end to put air into other things like kids toys an air mattress. It has an LCD display that tells you what the current pressure is. Very much appreciated! Like I was saying above this comes into play when you forget your tire gauge at home! Basically, this is a big charge box. The listing says it has five outlets, including two 110V AC outlets, a 12V DC accessory outlet, and two 2A USB port. The built-in inverter generates 400 peak watts of electricity for the two 110V AC outlets. So, what you have is an outdoor generator. This comes in handy on our camping trips. I get a lot less anxiety now having this around especially when I go out of town by myself. It truly is a time saver, money saver, and a peace of mind saver. Read more
this is not the biggest and not the smallest jump pack I've used. while I like all the added features, i'm primarily concerned with the jump pack aspect. all i've really tested it on is my 99 grand cherokee with the 4.0L and a dead battery, and it starts it up no problem. battery life is good enough, i didn't really see it drop after the start, but that probably depends on engine size, type, the weather, etc.. YMMV. the air compressor works, but i didn't bother trying to air anything up nice and tight with it yet. LED are bright enough to get the job done. the inverter i tested, but just to charge a phone, no where near the 400W limit. the solar panel might pay off in a pinch, but to me it just looks like something I'm going to crack one of these days. it says to charge it immediately after opening for 24 hours or something crazy, mine was mostly charged when i got it and overnight it was at 100. it's heavy, but anything with a big battery will be. lithium would make it lighter, but more $, so that's the tradeoff. i'm happy with it! a bit more money than those small handheld ones, but i go through those too quickly with their much smaller battery, i'm hoping this one lasts me a little longer. If you can get this one with the 30 dollar off coupon (so for 150) I would definitely recommend it if in the market for such a device. It is compact and full of features. I got this because I had a battery that was about due to start dying and sure enough, it did exactly that. Jumping it was a breeze with this! Just attach the cables, turn it on, and start your car! my hands stayed clean, there was no cables to wrestle with, and no need to ask someone to try to get their car in some awkward position for jumping. The cables wrap neatly on either side of the block. There are cables for charging and such and one for inflating things like tires. I was able to get all the accessories in the storage compartment, so it’s all in one compact and neat unit. It is heavy for sure—it was banging around in my trunk on turns until I secured it from moving. The handle makes it easy to carry and use. I have used the jumper and the inflator. The inflator is nice and works well but I prefer the dedicated portable inflators because of their readouts. This has a light which is handy and it can charge your devices AND be used as a regular AC plug. It’s cool that it has the solar panel too, great for camping. All around, i am quite happy with this device. Read more
This power station is a must have for my family. We have so many cars, trailers, and an rv. We are always needing to charge a battery, inflate a tire, or just charge our devices. After living through a bad hurricane I knew we needed to get this product and really get serious about our maintance and power sources. What impressed me most was the clean, hassle-free experience. No more flagging down strangers or awkwardly positioning vehicles bumper-to-bumper. The thoughtful design includes neatly integrated jumper cables that wrap around the sides for storage, plus various charging options and an air compressor hose. Though compact, this unit packs substantial weight - I had to secure it in my trunk after hearing it slide around on turns. But the sturdy handle makes it manageable when needed. I've tested both the jump starter and tire inflator functions with great results. The solar charging capability is an ingenious addition that makes this perfect for camping trips or extended outdoor adventures. Overall, this multi-function power station has earned its permanent spot in my vehicle - a worthwhile investment for peace of mind on the road and for off grid living. Read more
