Directions were hard to understand. after a few hours of trying to get it to fit through the hole pounding it with a hammer, I looked at the other door and saw how it was REALLY connected and did it in 5 minutes...after wasting about 90 minutes. I suggest a set of those cheap plastic door panel removal tools + a #2 phillips screwdriver and 10 mm socket with 4 inch extension and 3/8 inch wrench - 1/4 won't do and 1/2 is too big - refer to the picture for more details - do not over tighten 10mm bolts just snug 15-25 lbs - take your time as screws around the panel, in the door handle, door pull insert piece with small square access, and one in the AC air access port to the window defogger plus plastic pop off fasteners behind the panel - when loose lift the panel upwards to get off the top of the door and window drip molding area note the small plastic piece that covers the area where the mirror window frame is located - don't loose this small piece - it just presses on after replacing the door panel - good luck not rocket science just take your time and observe how you take it apart - install is the reverse.
