These headphones work well for my needs. I mostly listen to podcasts and the occasional funny cat video friends send me so by no means am I qualified to do a deep dive into the intricacies of sound quality but they're great for cheap headphones. Listening to music, again, they're pretty good. Sound quality is nice and a fair amount of range + bass for the average person. I haven't used them for video calls or anything yet so I can't speak too much to the usefulness of the controls but they're located in a good spot on the cord, not too far up or down. The cord length it's self is maybe a tad short for being able to comfortably put them in my ears and the phone on the other end in my pocket or bag but if I need to move around a lot I can always get wireless ones.
