The Zooplan Fabric Band provides some resistance, but its effectiveness really depends on your height and body proportions. The exercises are easy to do, but the intensity can feel inconsistent. It’s a nice tool to have in your home gym for variety, but not something you can rely on as a primary workout tool. Good for occasional use or adding light resistance, but not for building serious strength. Read more

If you’re wanting a workout and/or a tug of war.. it’s here! Very good quality… well made and the elasticity is incredible! I’ve purchased resistance bands that are less challenging and YEP they either snap or lose their stretch factor in just a few months! Not the case here! Initially… I thought I’d have to return them … almost too challenging and then I found videos on YouTube and actually followed the enclosed workout sheet and guess what… to my amazement… the workouts were much easier and less fatiguing! Now, I actually look forward to my 15 minute workout and feel energized and ready to tackle most anything the day throws my way! Given a chance… I think most anyone would like and benefit from this exercise band! Read more
