It’s working well but dang the motors are noisy! Is that normally or is this unit defective? I’m beginning to become aggravated with Amazon as it’s sellers. I bought this unit June 30th and didn’t try it till this week. They only warranty for 30 days? It’s total insanity! If someone is sure of their product they would take and extend the warranty time to 90 days. 30 days is sometimes not allowable due to other goings on in life. I can’t believe I bought it June 30th left it in the box in my living room and now I have questions about the unit and seller sends me an explanation that 30 days is over, in other words I’m SOOL! I love the kneading, heat, and air pressure. I'm not crazy about the vibration so I always turn that off. I only wish it would knead and squeeze my toes too. It only goes as far as the balls of my feet. Read more

I have been very, very, very, happy with my massager. The remote control has worked perfectly. I choose highest setting (on mine it is two clicks of the remote) for knead, air pressure, and heat, and turn vibrations completely off (three clicks) and enjoy a VERY soothing foot massage first thing in the morning....while I check banking, weather and news...as my massager is underneath my desk. I have been looking for the perfect foot massager offering these key features: heated, compression, shiatsu, vibration, and most importantly easy-to-use remote control. This product checks all the boxes for me. For each feature, there is Low, Medium and High intensity to choose from. I can see many users enjoy a high heat setting in cold winter days. For me, a medium heat setting is just right when it is 75 degrees outside. As for compression, oh boy am I glad to try it out today: great relaxing / hand massaging sensation simulated by air compression. I enjoy medium and high intensity settings. One suggestion is to improve / increase air compression around heels. Shiatsu function in medium setting is strong enough and comfortable enough to keep going for the full cycle. Vibration feature relaxes muscles and helps remove any fatigue. I also prefer medium intensity setting. As for the remote, it is easy to use with four buttons cycling through three intensity levels, corresponding to each feature. Plus it offers a one click mute / beep button to stop / start any button's response sound. The remote uses a 3 volt CR2025 button batter. After two and half massage cycles, the power adapter feels a little hot. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone who would enjoy a relaxing hands-on foot massage.
