These do work, but you have to be careful when pushing the trim pieces back into the small slots on the door, or these may break. These look like the OEM Toyota clips until you lay them side by side. These are more robust but the extra size prevents them from being used as intended. If you attach these to the tabs on the trim piece, they cannot be forced into the holes. If you put them in the holes first, you cannot force the tabs into the clips.
