Love this stuff. Keeps my skin clear and vibrant. Ppl notice the difference when I'm consuming vs not. Highly recommend high dosing with lysine for persistent acne issues if u r over 40. Any age really but this is the only thing I've found that actually works and that's natural. I have noticed a side affect though when I stop using... I tried to quit taking it several times just to see if my acne had cleared up on its own (which it had not) but on about day four of no lysine in my system I began to breakout in huge red painful pimples. These pimples were different from what I'm used to. They were big and painful bumps on face. It happened 3 times and I tried to quit 3 times but as soon as I got back on, it began to clear up noticeably the next day. Now, that was several years ago. I've been taking this product for about 8 years, so 4 years ago was the last time I tried to wean myself off and had a serious breakout. But I recently stopped taking it and I've had no breakouts. It's been over a year. I went maybe 4 or 5 months without it before I decided to start it again. I noticed the difference in the look of my skin without it.
