These are exactly what I was looking for. I love that you can adjust the weights, and it only takes a few seconds to add or remove weight. The quality appears to be good, no issues with the little slides when detaching or adding weight. The grip is ok, not too big or small for an average female hand. The weights seem secure, I don't have any concerns about any weights falling off while exercising. Read more
This weight set is perfect. You can quickly change out and increase or decrease weights for your workout. I am very happy with my purchase. The hand grips are very comfortable and easy on an older exerciser. They were a little investment, however, to buy the weights separately would have been as much or more than the cost of this set. I light the weights but I think you need gloves on.Because it kind of irritates your hands after a while. I think it's a really good fit for a woman who's trying to tone up. Excellent quality for the money, and it seems as if it can. Last for a long time, I'd like how you can change the amount of weight you want on each bar and its easy to remove them. Read more
These are so comfortable and the grip is amazing. You don't even need any gloves for these (which I normally do because my grip truly sucks). It's so easy to adjust the weights and the pink color is so cute, definitely motivates me to work out while I watch a show on TV!
