Great product except the power cord is too short. You will need an extension cord especially for large items. My main purpose in this purchase was using it to reduce bulk of petticoats my daughter uses for cosplay. Both the storage and travel with them. Other than that, the pump worked very well and vacuumed air out of big bags quickly. Easy to use system and vacuum actually held unlike some others we tried. The selection of bags is pretty good depending on your needs. But not all bags use vacuum, some are small hand rolled bags for travel. Vacuum size is compact enough for travel to use on larger bags, just take an extension cord with you. Read more
These bags are very easy to use and sturdy. I haven't tried the roll up suitcase bags yet but the vacuum seal ones are perfect. The variety of sizes makes it easy to put away clothes during the different seasons, from heavy winter comforters to light summer dresses. They do compress the clothes down quite a bit so the clothes take up at least half the space. I will say, if you have any cats or other animals that enjoy chewing on plastic, keep them away. One of my bags got punctured by cat teeth and obviously needed to be thrown out. Not a problem with the bags at all, just a reminder for households with animals. Overall, I'm very happy with these bags and I'm happy I got two boxes when I did at the sale price. They will come in handy. Read more
Vacuum storage bags are the cat’s meow and this set up is purrfect. Lil hand held vacuum deal works like a charm. Cord could be longer but then they’d charge more. Bags open and close/seal with ease. Multiple sized bags too, though could probably stop after medium and more than likely even skip that size IMO. Read more
The bags themselves are awesome — thick, sturdy, and seal really well. I used them for clothes, bedding, and a couple of bulky blankets, and they all compressed down way more than I expected. The variety of sizes is great, especially the jumbo ones, and none of them leaked after sealing. The downside for me was the included electric pump. It technically works, but it’s slow and doesn’t pull enough air out to get a tight seal. I ended up using a hand pump from another set, which worked way better and faster. So if you’re buying this for the bags, you’ll be very happy. If you’re buying it for the electric pump… probably not. Great bags. Although i do wish they had bigger ones. I was able to fit at least two comforts of a twin size it the jumbo size. The jumbo size is good but some of the blankets can help but go a little past the line that is on the bag. Going past the line will cause are to escape. But having these bags really helped me have more space. I needed these to make space in my storage and oh boy! They really did the job. I am so pleased with this item. Read more
