Wattage Rating: Up to 240W (Supports USB PD 3.1 Extended Power Range) Compatibility: iPhone 15/16/17 series, MacBook, iPad, Samsung Galaxy S25, Pixel 10, and High-Performance Laptops Material: Premium Nylon Braided Exterior Data Transfer: USB 2.0 Standard (Up to 480 Mbps) 🧪 The standout technical feature of this cable is its 240W power rating. For "tech types," this represents a significant jump from standard 60W or 100W cables, making it a future-proof solution for power-hungry devices like gaming laptops or professional workstations. During field testing, the cable performed as advertised, delivering stable power delivery across various high-wattage chargers. 🦾 The build quality is excellent, featuring a dense nylon braid that provides superior durability and prevents tangling. A major "pro" for organized setups is the ability to easily distinguish this high-wattage cable from lower-rated ones thanks to its robust construction. While this cable is a top-tier performer for charging, it is designed around the USB 2.0 standard for data. This means it is perfect for syncing a phone or basic file transfers (up to 480 Mbps), but it is not intended for high-speed data tasks like 4K video editing directly from an external drive or Thunderbolt docking. ⚡ This is a power cable. It is engineered to maximize the charging speed of the latest 2025 and 2026 devices, ensuring that your iPhone 17 or Galaxy S25 pulls the maximum negotiated wattage from your wall brick. ✨The 240W rating provides massive headroom, ensuring the cable won't be the "bottleneck" in your charging chain. The braided nylon exterior is touch-friendly and resistant to fraying at the connector necks. The length is ideal for desktop charging or use with a portable power bank, reducing excess cable clutter. ⚠️As noted, this is primarily a charging cable. If you require "SuperSpeed" data transfers (10Gbps+) or DisplayPort video output, you will need a specialized data cable. Additionally, to achieve the full 240W speed, you must pair this with a wall adapter that supports USB PD 3.1. The 240W Braided USB-C Cable is a well-made, high-performance tool for anyone looking to optimize their charging setup. It delivers industrial-level power in a consumer-friendly, durable package. It is a reliable "set-and-forget" cable that ensures your most demanding devices are always fueled at peak speeds. what you can also use the color coating When attaching to different power source. It’s so refreshing to come across cables like these, inexpensive, function as they should and last. Going through a slew of cables on a regular basis I find so many that disappoint or just plain don’t work. What becomes infuriating is when even buying more expensive cables you run into the same thing. These cables offer a lot for the money. They have a heavy braided jacket that holds up to being tossed around, comes in multiple colors to add a splash of vibrancy, also making them easier to see and they are even supposed to have short protection. It’s clear they are not a high end cables though. The strain reliefs are fairly stiff which ultimately just makes an obnoxiously large connector. It will prevent broken cables at the connector, but lead to a broken connector if you strike the strain relief. They are stiff and have memory which is indicative of lower quality low strand count wire. This can become annoying if you want them to lay flat in a particular fashion because they won’t. Lower strand count wire also does not hold up to repeated flexing, which means these are not the best option for something like a game pad or headset. It’s a trade off, still everything I have charged with these, both QC and PD has functioned perfectly, iPhone 16 pro charged at 15v 2 amps, iPhone 17 pro at 20v 2 amps and even my laptop at 20v at a full 5 amps. Data throughput is lacking being roughly that of SuperSpeed USB 3.0 which is very slow at this point. Which is to be expected, no way at this price point are they producing thunderbolt 4 or 5 cables. My OWC ssd transferred at 538MB/s which is well below the 6000 MB/s it does with a certified cable, but honestly not too shabby for a cable in this price range, especially considering many cheap cables I’ve got in the past won’t do data at all. To their credit they are transparent about the speed also, which is refreshing when many claim high speed cables and they simply are not. If you are shopping for cables in this price range you can’t have it all. Personally, for a cheap charge cable, I’ll take having one that functions for all my charging needs over a nice floppy cable that has connection issues or high speed data cable that doesn’t charge properly, because at just a few bucks you can’t have it all.
