This is an absolutely superb shredder which will shred large volumes of documents very quickly. It is quiet, very well made, and in every way an exemplary professional shredder. It is impressively fast and of top quality. The company has excellent support, I had bought another shredder from them and was completely satisfied, but needed a second high volume shredder for another area in the office. I emailed their support email address, and they immediately replied, sending me a link to this high volume shredder, saving me time and trouble finding an appropriate shredder. Cuts right through multiple pages of paper with ease. My only complaint is the "cross-cut" feature because it doesn't really protect your info. It cuts it STRAIGHT across, so a few words of a sentence can still be read (hence the 4 star rating and not 5), but it's still a great shredder. It IS cross-cut. Just not a great level of security. Slightly more secure than strip-cut. Oh and it cuts right through credit cards too! Read more

We were sick of buying shreded paper bedding for our large rabbits (2 albinos that poop way too much but we rescued them from someone who had dumped them into the city). Product was left outside upside down with a dent in the box. I opened the box and pulled the product out. There is a clip and the side of tray broken. Can not use it is clip does not line up. Very disappointed! Manufacturer did send me a new one. They were a lot of help and very caring. They did whenever they could to make it right. I would recommend this item. Read more
