Works really well to get all that suck on yuck and grime out and off surfaces! We used it in the shower, bathroom floor and even the car to off off stuck on gunk! Nice cleaning tool to have around. It gets SUPER hot!.....So you diffidently need to be really careful when using it and diffidently don't touch any place other than the handle when in use!....Learned that the hard way! LOL I thought the tank was a good size. For the longer/harder jobs I had to refill in mid-job, but for the others the tank lasted through a few jobs before I needed to refill it. Read more
Didn't work from the 1st use, the handle leaked burning my hand, the hoses kept popping off, when I did try to return it I was swayed to troubleshoot the wrongs, which was no help, now I've passed the return time & stuck with a useless object, trash! Highly disappointed. Read more
The tank size is ok but it runs through the water really quickly so I’m constantly refilling while cleaning. It is very satisfying knowing that everything I steam is being sanitized as well. I do not like that there is no on/off biutton, you have to unplug to cut the power which is inconvenient. Read more

Used it to freshen up a few of my ball caps and it did an excelent job of deoderzing and dissenfecting the hats. Also cleaned and dissenfected the bathroom faucet and counter. It performs very well. Easy to use. Opperates in seconds! Durration time for 45 min to an hour per fill. Makes nice stream of steam. I did not get water spirts just steady steam, thats a great thing! Came with miltiple attachments and 6 brush heads (two of each) compact unit, long steam hose and cool hand held nosel for easy agility and movement. Easy button controlls power and temp settings. The steamer starts quick, and puts out a spray (although it can spit water drops and streams a lot depending on the position it is in) , but my main problem with it is that it is basically a low power power-washer instead of a steamer… It does NOT get hot no matter what setting is used or how long you use it. The heat stays in the hose, and you can spray your hand directly up close without worrying a burn will happen. Now, this literally defeats the purpose of steam cleaning. The heat from the steam disinfects the surface, as well as lifts sifficult stains and gunk. I guess that’s the reason it was so cheaply priced… Yes it looks nice, and yes it is light weight. I am disabled, and unable to return this, so i am stuck with it, and cannot replace it as i dont have that much extra income.. So i am very bummed out.. Im allergic to cleaning chemicals and needed a steam disinfecting cleaner.. Very sad.. Read more
I was not expecting a high quality steam cleaner at this price point but I was expecting a safe one. I just used it for the first time on my bathroom sink and less than 5 minutes in steam spewed out of the top of the handle where the 2 plastic pieces meet, burning and blistering the palm of my hand. It goes to level 6 but even at 6 the steam pressure coming out of the nozzle isn’t very strong. The hose is connected properly and there is steam spewing out where the hose connects. I can’t get the nozzle extender to connect to to the handle. Maybe it’s missing a piece. I’m passed the return period so it’s going in the trash. Read more
Steamer is easy to use and rely does heat up quick. I'm a rockhound so I have use this extensively to get the "crud" off of stone that I have picked up, I have also used this to clean tools. The only down side is you can go through the water in the tank every 7 to 10 min so it needs to be filled for each job. Other than that I'm Thrilled with this steamer. Read more
