My old handheld steamer broke, so I decided to upgrade to this model. I can’t recommend it enough! It’s amazing at deep cleaning and getting into crevices that other products can’t. It heats up and is ready to use within seconds of turning it on, and when you’re done, it turns off even quicker. It has different attachments and intensity levels, and all you need is water. For some messes, I will spray whatever cleaner I would normally use, and then use the steam cleaner, and it cuts down on cleaning time and elbow grease. I used this the first day it arrived. I used it to steam grease off of my cabinet tops. I sprayed with degreaser first and used the brush attachment. The grease cane right off. I plan to use it to detail my car in the spring. Plenty of cord and hose. Changing attachments is quick and easy. Pressure adjusts well. It has a cool down timer. I am happy to give this product 5 stars! I purchased it for mirrors and windows. It did an incredible job on my glass shower doors, cleaning away soap scum that is very difficult to get off with ease! It also removed product buildup (hairspray, etc.) on my bathroom mirror leaving it sparkling. Previously other products I have tried on the mirror always left a haze no matter how hard I rubbed the glass. The large water reservoir allows for extended cleaning time and it is easy to fill and empty. The steam provided even on the lowest setting is wonderful. I look forward to using it often! Read more

It works very well!! But…… I gave it 3 stars due to the container does not open so water still remains. Only a small hole to fill & release water. I’m afraid of a mold growing. The long hose does not detach & the same, I’m afraid of mold growing. Otherwise it is poweful!! Read more
