Easily constructed shades. They go together with a simple pre installed velcro strip on the fabric. Then the metal rings are added with a simple snap into some pre installed clips. Do not be intimidated by the assembly! Even without instructions one would be able to figure this out. (Instructions were included). BEAUTIFUL glass and brushed silver. One should know that: When lamps are powered off the color is dark blue and white while when the night light portion is powered on it’s a beautiful turquoise/aqua and white. These are very pretty and I hope they age well because I will have them forever. They are sturdy, well made, and easy to use. I have mine attached to a smart plug so I can use them through the Alexa. I love these lamps. I love the way you can use the top bulb to get a bright light. The base lights up. So you can turn on the the top bulb independently from the bottom and vice versa. When the bottom only is lit it has a beautiful glow. There are 3 briteness levels for the bottom. I keep one of the bottoms lit overnight on low and it just gives the room enough light to see where you are going. I would definitely recommend these exquisite lamps. Read more
