I love them because when I got my braces, I was struggling a lot with food getting stuck, no matter how much I brushed my teeth, it wouldn't come out because it would get stuck. I loved these for being able to get all that food out, you feel cleaner and more hygienic, they really help you reach places where the brush can't get to properly. Overall, I think this is a good product. Great to clean in between teeth especially in bigger spaces where food chunks can get stucj. Its also good for some tighter spaces if you can get them in. These proxabrushes are great for travel or just to have in my purse just in case. The only reason for a 4-star is that the rubber proxabrushes rips after using in between 2-3 teeth.
