Had to get a new head since I dropped the razor and bent the head parts into itself. Causing bad irritation when shaving. The shaver itself is very nice. I much prefer it compared to a manual razor. My mustache area doesn't get irritated and red as much as a manual razor. I haven't really had to clean them out, even when I do a simple wash gets the trick. Read more

5 stars for now. Used it immediately and found the shave was smooth, efficient and painless. I used my 10x mirror to see that the shave was perfect, no noticeable whiskers appearing. No constantly going over the same spot to get a close shave. No more painful whiskers being pulled out because of a dull shave. I will update if things change.
