Great little relays of you know how to use them. There’s a bit of a learning curve. But if you need help, there’s a great video on YouTube that shows you how to program it. These units came on time, packaged well. Tested a few of these relays - programming, load, signal trigger, etc. and they work exactly as they should. going to incorporate into a small project here at home. I can think of many versatile uses and other projects these can go into. Well made, they look like they will be able to withstand project building. Read more

The seller should link to instructional PDF and wiring diagrams, but they don't. So I'm giving them only 3 stars. Keep in mind: -The voltage regulator gets way too hot on these when running at higher voltages. The voltage regulator on mine got to 240'F when running at 19 volts. I had to add a heat sink. That's why you see a few reviews of them only lasting for a short time. I wouldn't run them over 12 volts. - Model number to search for instruction PDF's and YouTube links is JZ-801. - You need to long press the "SET" button for 2 seconds to enter programming mode. - The trigger input is wired to an opt-isolator emitter, and is totally disconnected from the main power input, with no common ground. You need to supply both ground and power to the trigger input terminals to get it to start timing. - Here's a link to an instruction PDF. We used these to control a small motor for the turner inside a homemade egg incubator. They work as intended and they are easy enough to program once you read through the directions. I'm sure they have tons of other uses too, but they worked perfectly for our intended use and they were cheap! Read more
