Our goats love to head butt into our fence line. Unfortunately This has caused a couple of our posts to shift out of alignment and become crooked. I was looking for ways of correcting the lead enough to at least stabilize the whole structure, without having to fully take them out and redo everything. These function pretty effectively at creating a stable brace point to pull towards and attach to a post. This can help if he post is broken at the base, cracked at the base, or leaning. Essentially you align it with where you want the post to be straightened to or fastened to and step it into the ground or use a rubber ballot if you have harder soil until the horizontal part is resting on top of the soil. Then drill in the post into the top part of the bracket. One of our posts are correct. So I actually used a clamp around it and then attached this to that. So you can use these as part of anymore cumulative solution depending on how bad your posts are damaged or warped. Our other post we had to use a winch to get it to align with this. But once it did, it went in easily and feels like a solid hold. I'm happy with the results. The price is definitely right for two of these. They are easy to assemble. They are quick to attach. And they seem to solve a handful of different problems with regards to post instability. So they are definitely going to be handy to have around. I'm not sure how long these will hold up, but it will definitely do until we can replace them. Even as a temporary patch, these are incredibly useful on a farm when the fence can't have any downtime. The Metal itself feels like a good weight. Each piece comes in a set of 2 halves but connect together with bolts So the package will be four pieces. It's got simple instructions to follow. The coating on them is uniform so that should keep it from prematurely rusting. You only use 1 while unit per post. Read more

First there's the packaging. The kit was packed very well. No pieces rubbed together and nothing was scratched. If you don’t want to have to replace the whole wooden fence when it starts to lean, you look for a heavy-duty solution like these fence post repair kit. First off, the thickness of this steel is exactly what's needed for strength - at 2mm that's around 12-Gauge, good support fences need. The 2PCS Fence Post Repair Kit weighs 7.46 pounds (3.39 kg). This weight reflects the heavy-duty galvanized steel construction designed to provide strong reinforcement for fence posts. The kit includes two 30-inch stakes that are 2mm thick, offering durability for outdoor use. this weight gives you the stability you desire. I mean, I actually lifted these heavy-duty anchors, and you can feel the heaviness signaling that your fence post isn’t just mended; it’s extended in durability. When they say it’s 30 inches of steel, they’re not messing around. The L-shaped reinforcement will transform a shaky fence into one that’s ready to face any weather head-on with substantial support. Installing is straightforward - no digging, no mess. This stabilizer is a fit for various fence posts, which is a major plus. If your fence is in need of some TLC I recommend giving DCLFIRMX kit a shot. Currently the 2 comes out to $20 each & the 8 $13.75 each. It can be an investment that pays off in peace of mind - your wooden fence isn’t going anywhere. Just a heads up, make sure your fence is hefty enough to handle the anchor’s weight. Read more

These fence post repair stakes are a solid solution if you have a leaning or weakened wooden fence post but don’t want to deal with the hassle of digging everything out and replacing the whole post. The steel feels thick and sturdy, and once installed it adds noticeable stability to the post. Installation is fairly straightforward. You basically drive the stake into the ground next to the post and secure it with the included hardware. It does take a bit of effort to get the stake driven straight and deep enough, especially if your soil is hard or rocky, but once it’s set the support is strong. The powder-coated finish seems durable and should help resist rust outdoors, which is important for something that will stay in the ground long term. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that installation can be a little physical, and the fit between parts may require a bit of adjustment depending on your post and soil conditions. Still, compared to replacing an entire fence post, this is a much faster and more affordable fix. Overall, a sturdy and practical repair option that can extend the life of your fence without a major project.he Old Post Read more
