I’ve been using this red light therapy wrap for a bit now, and honestly I didn’t expect to like it as much as I do. I mostly got it for soreness in my arms and knees, and it’s actually been really nice to use at the end of the day. When it’s on, you feel this gentle warmth that’s super relaxing, especially on the higher brightness settings. It’s not too intense, just enough to feel like it’s doing something without being uncomfortable. I like that you can adjust the brightness and set a timer, because I usually just put it on, pick like 15 or 20 minutes, and chill. It shuts off on its own, which is perfect because I don’t have to keep checking the time. One thing I didn’t realize I’d care about is how easy it is to move around with. You can plug it into the wall or use a power bank, so I’ve used it sitting on the couch, laying in bed, even while doing random stuff around the house. The wrap itself is simple to put on with the Velcro, and it stays in place pretty well. It’s also nice that you can use it on different areas. I’ve switched between my arms, legs, and knees depending on what’s bothering me, and it’s been convenient not needing multiple devices. Cleaning up or storing it is easy too since it’s lightweight and doesn’t take up much space. Nothing complicated about it. I wouldn’t say it’s some miracle cure or anything, but it definitely helps me relax and feels good on sore spots when I use it regularly. For the price, I think it’s worth it if you want something you can use at home without overcomplicating things. Read more

Been using this red light therapy belt for my back and it’s actually pretty convenient. The cordless design makes it easy to move around and use while relaxing or doing things around the house. It fits well around the waist and shoulders, and the vibration feature is a nice bonus. The controls are simple and the battery lasts long enough for a few sessions before needing a charge. Overall it’s comfortable to wear and easy to add to a daily routine. Read more

I’ve been using this 2Pcs Infrared Red Light Therapy Arm Belt for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. The combination of 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light feels very soothing and seems to penetrate deeply into my muscles, especially around my shoulders and knees. The wrap design is super convenient—it fits comfortably around my arm and joints without slipping, so I can relax or even do light activities while using it. I also love the built-in timer and adjustable brightness settings, which make it easy to customize each session depending on how sore I feel that day. Read more

UPDATE: The customer service for this company is OUTSTANDING! Even though I never personally reached out to them to request a refund (even though I had a product failure), they saw my review and personally reached out to ME to offer a full refund! I was happily flabbergasted! While I do still have my original belt but have not used it much since it's unfortunate failure of not turning off even though timer did finish counting down (see below), I have been unwilling to discard it since it DOES work well if I use it only while awake so I can monitor the belt in case it doesn't turn itself off again. Unfortunately for me, it's difficult to find time to wear the belt during waking hours. HOWEVER, once I've had multiple opportunies to retest the belt, if it continues to fail again (by not turning off the LED lights once timer is done), I will likely by the same belt again, based solely on the company's outstanding customer service! Their willingness to immediately refund my money tells me it's likely I just received a dud, but they clearly stand behind their product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had this RL therapy belt for 5 months where I absolutely LOVED the help it gave me in helping control muscular and sciatic pain. Since I typically don't have much relax time, I typically wrapped them around my legs & plugged them in when I go to bed at night and carefully lay the cord beside my legs (due to back/hip pain, I can't twist & turn in bed...lay flat on back all night). When the remote's timer counted down the pre-determined time, the belt would turn itself off. This worked AMAZINGLY well for 5 months. Until las week, when, even though the remote finished counting down the 30 minutes for which I'd set it, the belt NEVER TURNED OFF! When I woke 5 hours later, my thighs were covered in dozens of little LED welts & itched like crazy. 2 of the welts actually burned through my thigh & I'm still in process of healing them. The belts DO help control pain; however, be sure to ONLY use when you can personally monitor the timer in case of a malfunction such as happened to me. Read more

I purchased this on 11/4/2023, it worked great for over 13 months then 1 morning about 2 weeks ago I went into my home gym and it was turned on even though I had turned it off the day before when I used it. I turned it off and unplugged it. The next morning I went down to the gym and worked out for several hours and plugged it up and then I used it. It was turned off, I was in and out of the gym all during the day,I didn't see that it was turned on or anything was wrong. The next morning I started the same routine and when I opened the gym door I saw that once again it was on and red. I unplugged it then. I brought it into the living room today to use it and my wife plugged it up and now it will not work. If you own one of these PLEASE unplug it every time that you use it! I don't know what would have happened if I had not went into my gym for a couple of days! Read more

The size of the red light therapy wrap is big enough to cover my stomach and since it comes with 2 I use the other one on my back. It has Velcro so you can adjust the size, it should fit most people. It was extremely easy to use. You basically just plug it in and adjust the settings I’m using second to lowest and will gradually go to highest. It has an automatic timer as well. So far I’m pretty pleased with the quality. Read more
