The packaging is absolutely beautiful, and inside the box there’s a card that explains all the premium materials used in this knife—Swedish steel and Italian olive wood. I have to say, the quality really impressed me. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the transition between the bolster and the handle is incredibly smooth. The olive wood grain looks gorgeous and feels high-end, which honestly makes me feel like I bought a premium knife—not some cheap, low-quality product. Truly worth It. Read more

This paring knife feels great in my hand. The olive wood handle is well balanced and attractive. The ergonomic shape of the handle and its smooth finish provide a secure, comfortable grip. This is my first experience with a sheepsfoot blade paring knife. All my other paring knives have been spearpoints, so using this knife seemed a little unusual at first. Any reservations about the shape of the blade vanished quickly, however. The blade is sharp, and it cuts beautifully. I normally use a chef knife when preparing salads. As an experiment, I used this paring knife instead, and it did a great job. It sliced through carrots, peppers, onions, cucumbers, lemons and even a large, very ripe tomato with ease. It should also excel at more typical paring knife tasks. Although I generally prefer full-tang knife construction, I fully expect this partial tang knife to be durable. The paring knife arrived in a simple presentation box which includes care instructions on the back of the box. Recommended! Read more

As someone who does a lot of cooking and prepping fruits and vegetables, this paring knife is absolutely fantastic. It is truly the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned—the blade slices through tomatoes with zero effort or pressure. The wood handle is beautiful, and the knife feels sturdy and very comfortable in my hand. I did nick my finger once because I wasn’t being careful, which shows just how sharp it is. For the quality, the price is excellent. Super sharp, well-made, and highly recommended! Read more

Every cook needs a good paring knife. I have had several in my day, but this paring knife is the sharpest by far. Just to test it I cut and peeled a naval orange. sliced through that orange like butter. So, my husband uses it. I asked him how he liked it? He said, “ it is sharp, cut my finger with it the first time.” I love the way the handle feels in my hand. The Italian wood is so smooth to the touch and easy for me to use. (I have arthritis in my hands). This is now my go to knife for almost every cutting need I have. My husband and I definitely recommend!! Read more
