Great product. Stays charged as promised! I couldn’t imagine having to leave a back massager plugged in during use! I’m using this primarily in a rocking recliner with power reclining. It fits well and stays in place in perfect position. Automatic shut off after about 45 minutes on auto. It’s not out of charge, just hold the button 5 seconds again! I saw this on FB and knew someone would be selling it cheaper on Amazon and they were and I got a good deal on the black friday specials. Came today. I charged it upt. Gave it a whirl lying on my back on the floor and then later on my back while in my recliner. It may look like a toy but boy it delivers. NO it is no professional doctor quality piece of equipment but for less than $50 I am highly impressed. It delivers like it says with varying massaging patterns and heat at the same time and I mean heat.. you don't say where is the heat.. you say too bad I can't turn it down but it feels good! And when the little pump initiates to give you the decompressions/traction relieve this thing must pump up at least 4 inches and when you are on your back on the floor.. Wowser! it does the pumping action about 5 repetitions and then back the massage. Whole run time is about 30 minutes and it auto shuts off.. it is a keeper for sure. UPDATE: the day after I wrote this, the wonderful expansion feature stopped working. Inflated completely, but won't deflate, so stuck in the inflated position. This is after only 1 wk of use. Very disappointing. Downgraded to single star. Originally thought it was a 3 star device (single setting feature doesn't work & it cycles through the various vibration settings too quickly to really relax & settle into the massage). But gave it 4 stars as seller was quite helpful with inquiries, & very prompt in shipping. Pros: Is well made & very comfortable on the back. The heating option's quite pleasant, with just the right amount of heat. The expansion setting is a truly wonderful stretch of the spine, & is the massage pillow's best feature. (Though cannot use elsewhere--for example, on the neck, as the expansion is right in the center, so presses uncomfortably on the vertebra itself, not on either side of it). As single settings feature doesn't work, that setting can't be eliminated for use on places like the neck or sides. Cons: Takes 6 hours to recharge, and charge only lasts an hour. Stops after 15 minutes of use, but can be restarted immediately, thrice more before charge dies. (Though when I used my high powered computer charger, it was only a 3.5 hr recharge.) Has an indicator that supposedly allows user to choose a single setting, but it doesn't work. Cycles through the available settings, which are all lovely, but way too quickly, so you can't just relax into a setting before it moves on. Does short bursts of surprisingly noisy vibration, and in the beginning pauses repeatedly after about a one minute interval, then restarts. Vibration is not really a 'massage', just a moderate vibration, but not at all unpleasant, though cannot be increased to a deeper massage, which is a pity. Read more

I’ve used my friends so I know it’s beneficial and works great but when I received mine it comes with the shortest power cord and no block to plug it in? My kindle cord is way longer and can be plugged into a wall socket! Just saying! Read more
