It was easy to set up as I had watched the product video before purchase. The instructions which come with it are too small for me to read, even with my reader glasses on ! I bought it to use in my sunroom, as it is an add on room with no A/C, unless you keep the french doors open and even then it's not quite adequate. So far the unit is working well - the real test will come later in the day as it gets hotter (I am in Florida). Read more

does not cool the air
Checked the air discharge temperature with a thermometer, it was the same as the room temperature. When the room temp went up so did the discharged air temp. The fan moves air, adds a slight amount of moisture but no cooling. I had high hopes for this unit, it looks good on paper. But no beating the heat with it. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE. After reading a bunch of the positive reviews, I decided to purchase this for my back room which gets extremely hot! Sad to say, it did pretty much nothing to cool down the small area! The large metal floor fan I bought from Home Depot worked much better than this ever did! Definitely do not recommend! Read more
