This is so much nicer than my old TENS unit. It has a very wide variety of modes and intensities that really exceeded my expectations. My old TENS unit only had TENS settings for pain relief but this one also has EMS for muscle strengthening and rehabilitation as well as massage functions. It is pretty simple to operate and the on-screen graphics make it very easy to choose the appropriate settings for your needs. It is very easy to recharge with standard USB-C cable. As far as muscle stimulation, this device is amazing! Most of the ones I've used in the past weren't strong enough to touch the pain I have. It has several 'modes' but I haven't noticed much of a difference between them. Maybe that's on me. The big disappointment is that after a month of use, the display is beginning to fade, and the buttons are becoming harder to make effective contact without extra effort.
