Looks good, works properly
I bought this to put in a recent remodeled bathroom and the gray is perfect. I have only had it a few weeks but it opens properly and then closes automatically which is nice because it conceals anything that some may find unseemly that is discarded into bathroom waste baskets and no human contact is necessary … love it… so far Read more
Easy to use
Easy to use, motion detection is good. Just sensitive enough. But very small. I’m not great at understanding dimensions. But just know, it is very small. But works nicely. Read more
Fun and functions well
This was great. It stopped working after a year-pity-because I Loved Loved Loved it and I think it was more sanitary to use it. Oh well. The price precludes me buying another one. Folks who complain about it not lasting long-change the battery. Read more
Very Disappointed
Warranty? What Warranty? One of the 3 rings for the bags was broken when i opened the box (no damage to the boxes) and one of the cans operated continuously as soon as I put the batteries in it. I wiped off the sensor, still opened and closed nonstop. I remember reading about a warranty in the instructions that came with it, but when i went to look at it to contact them, there is no number or email or way to contact them. No sure what it worse, no warranty at all or saying there is one when there is clearly no way to contact them. IF I wanted only 2 trash cans, I would have ordered 2. Could not be more disappointed with this transaction. Read more
Almost perfect
I loved the fact that it came as a three pack. And 2 of them were perfect. Unfortunately one of them was missing the cover for the battery holder. Since I was loathe to return all three, I made my own cover by taping over the batteries I had placed in the unit. Suggestion: better quality checks before the units go out to the consumers.
