We have used Gerber trainers for 10 years. Sadly we cannot buy them in Canada since we moved so we have to order. Amazon’s price is much higher than Walmart or Fred Meyer where we typically purchased in past, but there is nothing comparable available here so I knew we couldn’t go wrong with ordering. I got two packs, six in total, to add to two brand new pairs we were handed down. Since they are pricier I keep them pretty carefully, stain treating before washing. My son really loves them and they leave no marks besides being soft, comfy and cute. One of the pairs had a flaw so the elastic came loose and it has to be repaired because now it sags. My son is 2 years, 4 months. We are actively potty training. He is 34 pounds about 36-37 inches and wears majority 3t and some 4t.. he is not skinny but he is not a chunky kid. However, he’s got thick thighs. Lol These underwear are high waisted and comfy. They have a thick lining in the center. They fit his thighs very nice. He complains about other 3t underwear which are snug around the waist and thigh areas. THESE ARE NOT GOING TO ABSORB PEE. However, it absorbs some accidents since we have been going potty about every 30 minutes. So if it’s a small amount, it does absorb that. I love these. I would definitely recommend. Read more
We had been having trouble getting my 3 year old to actually want to use the potty, and the coordinator at his preschool suggested putting him in underwear since feeling the wetness will sometimes trigger kids to want to go on the toilet instead. It took a while of us trying other methods first but eventually we tried her suggestion and after 2 accidents in these he was essentially fully pee-trained. It took slightly longer (another week or so) for him to poop train as well, but now he's completely potty trained. We've been really lucky in that he doesn't ever pee at night, so he wears these to sleep too. The underwear is really soft and there is a little bit of padding in the front to help with tiny pees. These are NOT waterproof and pee WILL get everywhere if you aren't watching carefully. I just put down a waterproof pad we used to use when changing him and let him sit on that until we were comfortable letting him just wear the underwear. Read more
Does the job, but not exactly potty training type. These are like any other underwear. I previously purchased Gerber brand in store and had thicker padding. These as you can see in the images are very light. Still thought the price was good though. Pee goes right through though, not leak resistant. Read more

I really want to like this product but the fit is quite strange and runs large. They are less like boys briefs and more like extra high rise granny panties which my son says give him a "wedgie". They are however rather absorbant and the car pattern is very cute - many others we have looked at do not have a nice subtle pattern. He won't be in them forever, so I'd say complete comfort is a small sacrifice in the face of good absorbancy (preventing potentially embarrassing playground accidents). Read more
Love these pants for first unders. They absorb a bit if child has leaks when first transitioning from diapers. Nice quality, wash well, comfortable for child. My grands love them. Read more
My son loves how they fit and they actually seem comfortable. They are of course thicker than regular undies but these have been a great purchase. A little more pricey than I would have liked but I certainly did not want white undies due to accidents. Read more
